SUMMARY:Monthly Auxiliary Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The Heritage Humane Society Auxiliary has been a vital part of the Heritage Humane Society for over 25 years. As a standing committee of the HHS\, this group continually seeks to develop and present numerous and varied fundraising events to support the shelter while creating community awareness and education about all HHS services.\nThis dedicated group sponsors numerous fundraising events every year with all proceeds helping fund operating expenses of the shelter. The Auxiliary also supports many other initiatives such as the donation canisters around town\, antique mall booth\, as well as projects sponsored by Heritage Humane Society\, like yard sales\, bake sales\, community events\, and more.\nThe Auxiliary has meetings on the second Wednesday of each month at 10:15 am. The meetings are held in the classroom at Heritage Humane Society. SUMMARY:PetSmart Adoption Day!
DESCRIPTION:Join us at PetSmart on November 9 from 12 pm – 2 pm for an Adoption Event! \nThere are many ways you can help and participate in this event!\n  \n  \nCome visit the cats and kittens!\nThere are adoptable cats in the Cat Adoption Center at PetSmart. We will have volunteers at PetSmart from 12 pm – 2 pm to show cats!\n \nMeet some other adoptable pets!\nWe will have 1-2 adoptable dogs and possibly some small critters at PetSmart from 12 pm – 2 pm. Look for the orange “Adopt Me” vest on the dogs!\n\nLearn about the happening at Heritage Humane Society!\nWe will have an information table set up inside PetSmart. Make sure to visit it to see what is happening at our shelter right now! We will have brochures\, event information\, and adoption binders with listings of our available pets.\nDonate supplies!\nIf you are purchasing pet supplies at PetSmart\, consider donating to Heritage Humane Society! The cashiers at PetSmart will set aside items for the homeless pets in our care.
