DESCRIPTION:Have a photogenic pet? Ever wanted to show off the adorableness of your furry friend? Submit your pet’s photo to The Heritage Humane Society’s 2024 Hello Summer Pet Photo Contest and get the most votes to win a featured spot in the 2025 Hello Summer Pet Photo Contest Calendar! From May 20 to June 17\, pet lovers have the chance to showcase their beloved companions in a competition that helps homeless pets in need.\nThe top 13 photos with the most votes when the contest ends on June 17 will enjoy a complimentary photo session with Sweet Ellie Photography. The 1st place winner will be the cover of the calendar. The 2nd – 13th place winners will each receive a month in the calendar. Each vote is only $1 (required minimum of 5 votes) and 100% of the proceeds benefit the sheltered animals at The Heritage Humane Society.\nEntries and voting open at 7 AM on Monday\, May 20\, and close at 5 PM on Monday\, June 17. Mini prizes will be awarded at 5 PM each Friday during the contest to the top voted pet. You can only win one mini prize. If the same pet is the top voted winner for more than one week\, the mini prize will go to the next highest voted pet.\nAll entrants will receive information on the 2025 Hello Summer Pet Photo Contest Calendar after the photo sessions are completed and the calendar is created.\n \n\n\nEnter Your Pet & Vote Here (Starting May 20)!

DESCRIPTION:Join us in The Heritage Humane Society’s classroom on Saturday\, June 1 at 8:30 a.m. for an hour-long beginner-friendly gentle yoga practice. It will be a donation-based yoga class to benefit the homeless pets at the shelter. This is a gentle yoga class accessible to yogis of all levels and beginner-friendly\, modifications will be offered to meet the needs of all personal practices. Join us with your yoga mat and be ready to breathe\, move\, have fun\, and meet some adorable\, adoptable KITTENS!\nYou must pre-register online to secure your spot. It is a $20 donation per person. 100% of the donations are benefitting the homeless pets at HHS.
