DESCRIPTION:Join us at PetSmart on Saturday\, August 7 from 12 pm – 2 pm for an Adoption Event! \nThere are many ways you can help and participate in this event!\n  \n  \nCome visit the cats and kittens!\nThere are adoptable cats in the Cat Adoption Center at PetSmart. We will have volunteers at PetSmart from 12 pm – 2 pm to show cats!\n \nMeet some other adoptable pets!\nWe will have adoptable dogs and possibly some small critters at PetSmart from 12 pm – 2 pm. Look for the orange “Adopt Me” vest on the dogs!\n\nLearn about the happening at Heritage Humane Society!\nWe will have an information table set up inside PetSmart. Make sure to visit it to see what is happening at our shelter right now! We will have brochures\, event information\, and adoption binders with listings of our available pets.\nDonate supplies!\nIf you are purchasing pet supplies at PetSmart\, consider donating to Heritage Humane Society! The cashiers at PetSmart will set aside items for the homeless pets in our care. NBC has changed this initiative from a one-day event to a MONTH LONG event! Clear the Shelters will run from August 23 through September 19. Hundreds of shelters across the country have teamed up for this nationwide pet adoption drive. The goal is to help find loving homes for homeless pets in need and also help to financially support animal shelters!\nMORE details coming soon!\nAs a reminder\, we are operating at an appointment-only adoption process.
