DESCRIPTION:Join us for a pawsome yoga event at Midtown Row in Williamsburg\, VA on May 4th at 10 am! Get ready to stretch\, relax\, and have a playful time\, all while supporting the Heritage Humane Society. Adoptable dogs will be there to wag their tails and bring some extra joy to your yoga practice. So grab your mat and come down to the Midtown Row Village Green (across from Super Chix) for a fun-filled and meaningful yoga session. Let’s help our furry pals find their forever homes while finding our inner zen.\n\nCameron Green will be leading the session. Cameron is an RYT-200 yoga instructor in the Williamsburg community. She received her RYT-200 training from Jessica Ruff\, and she believes that by focusing on body alignment and connecting breath to movement\, yoga can strengthen and heal our mind-body connection. She has been practicing yoga for over a decade and is thrilled to combine her love of animals with her love of yoga at Heritage Humane Society. Cameron grew up working in her family’s animal hospital and currently shares her home with a dog named Gus and two cats named Oyster and Tobias.\n\nTickets are $10\n\n100% of ticket sales will go towards the Heritage Humane Society.
