Animal Aces Kids’ Club

The Animal Aces gives young people a unique opportunity to advocate for animals in their own community. This may be their first volunteering experience and hopefully fosters a lifetime of giving back and helping others. Projects may include making enrichment for the adoptable animals, assisting in our kibble kitchen, handing out treats to the animals, and learning about pet behavior and how to care for a variety of pets.
Our Aces will develop a sense of accomplishment when they see the results of their hard work and the satisfaction of knowing they are making a difference.
Membership for the 2025 season runs from January 1 – December 31, 2025. For ages 8 – 12 years old. Register online now!

This unique opportunity offers a diverse curriculum that cultivates responsibility, compassion, and awareness, delivered over the course of a fun-filled week. Throughout the week guest speakers from the animal welfare field will be doing interactive presentations for the campers. In addition, each camper will get a chance to interact with a variety of pets at Heritage Humane Society. There will also be a variety of fun crafts and games throughout the week focused on animal welfare, biology, and conservation.
