Heritage Humane Society is committed to improving the lives of pets through adoption, education, and community outreach. As community demands have grown over the years, we have been increasingly constrained in our ability to help due to the inadequacies of our existing facility.

The time has come for Heritage Humane Society to expand and update our facility, and we need your help to get there!

In the coming months, we are expanding our facility in the following ways:

• 2,550 square feet added to the front of the adoption facility

• A new multipurpose room that will allow training, humane education, meetings, birthday parties, and more

• 16 new parking spaces

• 2 outdoor play yards

• Dedicated space for our community outreach program – Kibble Kitchen

• New office for staff members

• Employee and volunteer breakroom

• 2 pet feature rooms in the lobby for special pet residents that need more attention

• New dog activity room and dog viewing room

• Lobby renovation with an open design

• 2 new restrooms, a water fountain, and a water bottle refill station
