FURever Homes Race

Description:

The FURever Homes race is a paw-some event to support local homeless pets in need. It is a Colonial Road Runners Grand Prix event for runners and walkers of all ages and fitness levels. This race includes an 8k, 5k, and 1-mile Fun Run. All courses use the grounds of Jamestown High School, sections of Powhatan, Greenspring’s, and Capital Trail.

Leashed dogs are welcome at Vendor Village and can participate in the 5k and 1-mile Fun Run. Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations to attend. For the safety of the runners/walkers, we are asking dogs to be on non-retractable leashes only.
