A Colonial Road Runners Grand Prix Event
Calling all animal lovers! The 1st annual FURever Homes 8K, 5k, and Pet Run is coming up! Join us on Saturday, October 24th, 2020 at Jamestown High School in Williamsburg, VA for a PAW-some event to support local homeless pets in need. This event is for runners and walkers of all ages and fitness levels. There will be an 8k, 5k, and 1-mile run/walk. All proceeds will benefit Heritage Humane Society.
Don’t feel like running a 8k or 5k? Sign up for the 1-mile Fun Run (and Pet Run). This event is untimed and you can participate with your dog(s)! NOTE: all dogs attending the event MUST be on a leash (non-retractable only) at all times and must be current on all vaccinations.
We are also offering a VIRTUAL option! Sign up and have your race packet delivered to your home! YOU decide how you would like to participate in the race.
The course starts and ends at Jamestown High School in Williamsburg, VA. The course will include sections of Greensprings Trail and the Capital Trail.

8k – awards to top 3 overall, top 3 in five-year age groups from 19-&-under thru 70-&-under

Same-day packet pick-up opens at 8 AM on race day at the Registration Table. We will also be offering packet pick-up the week prior to the race at Heritage Humane Society. More details coming soon.
