Create a Stained Glass Framed Mosaic Art Piece – NEW!

Join us in our shelter classroom for an afternoon of mosaic! Stained glass artist Sue Hill will guide you in creating a stunning framed mosaic art piece that will capture the sunlight and project beautiful colors around your home. Make an 8×10 framed glass on glass mosaic art piece while learning the basic techniques of cutting, assembling, attaching and grouting. Dive into the mosaic art process while exploring the many possibilities of found and reclaimed glass. No big or fancy equipment is needed for this class. The only tool you need to bring is your imagination.

Class is approximately four hours, however the end time is flexible. Each participant will leave with a finished 8×10 inch framed glass on glass mosaic. This class is only for adults 18+ and minors 16+ accompanied by an adult. Closed-toed shoes are recommended. The minimum class size is six participants. If fewer than six participants register, a full refund will be issued.

All supplies will be provided by the instructor. Bring your friends and come learn the art of mosaics!
