Customer Care Coordinator (Full-time). This role is ideal for someone with a deep passion for customer service and strong organizational skills. The Customer Care Coordinator is often the face of The Heritage Humane Society, helping visitors, handling inquiries, facilitating adoptions, reconnecting lost pets with their owners, helping with the ReTAIL Store, and more. This role ensures a smooth, seamless experience for all.

Animal Care Technician (Full-time). Perfect for the hands-on person who is committed to the daily care and well-being of animals, this position offers the chance to make a direct impact on their lives. Responsibilities include feeding, cleaning, and monitoring the health of the animals. Sloppy dog kisses, grateful purrs, wagging tails and trusting connections enrich the days of Animal Care Technicians.

Animal Care Attendant (Part-time). Ideal for those seeking flexible hours, this role focuses on assisting with the day-to-day care of the animals, including cleaning enclosures and providing much-needed attention and affection.
